The Law Firm of Havel, Kuchař and Partners employs approximately 8 employees (legal clerks and solicitors), including administrative staff. These are primarily young employees with the ability to respond flexibly to specific problems. Our firm also works closely with many prestigious law firms specialising in criminal law through external collaboration, as well as numerous tax advisors, auditors, court appointed experts and interpreters.
Our clientele primarily consists of entrepreneurs – legal entities, of which a large part are industrial companies. Our firm also has a relatively large client base outside of Prague , for whom it provides services directly on site at the client’s premises. Our clients also include those of a non-entrepreneurial nature (such as administrative and municipal authorities). We offer our clients regular cooperation through regular legal counselling, the presence of solicitors on site at the client’s premises for legal counselling, consultancy and handling routine agenda to prevent subsequent disputes.

We have facilities for clients based outside of Prague for meetings in Prague and the surrounding area, including the ability to use law firm contacts to settle matters of a non-legal nature.
