The Czech Law Firm of Havel, Kuchař and Partners was established in 2001, with offices in Prague.

In view of its size and structure, our firm offers clients general legal counselling, specialising in individual branches of the law. Using the required professional and technical potential, our firm mainly provides services to commercial, industrial, financial and investment clients, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Our firm is divided into individual departments according to the various branches of the law, i.e. commercial and civil law, industrial relations, property law, intellectual ownership and litigation, which also handles matters relating to public law.

We have put together a team of solicitors, each of whom has in-depth expertise in a number of areas. We pride ourselves on providing services directly and personally so that our clients can quickly establish a rapport with the solicitor handling their case. Our priority is to meet the client’s needs in as short a time as possible, as well as the professional, economic and effective execution of work required by clients. Legal counselling can be provided in Czech, English or German.
